Ciaara started biting her nails at a very young age and I can't get her to quit.
I used to bite my nails when I was younger also but haven't done it in YEARS.
I have painted her nails and she just chews the paint off. Not sure what I will try next but I sure wish she would grow out of it.
I used my new Autumn Leaves swrily stamps that I bought last weekend--- loved them!

try using the stuff they use to have them stop sucking their thumb - i think they sell it at the pharmacies.

Such a beautiful layout Holly! I used to bite my nails when I was younger too, and nothing stopped me, not even my Mum putting pepper on them, lol! Hopefully she'll grow out of it.
I started biting my nails when I was very young, and still do it to this day...
